Free existing samples are available, customers only need to bear the shipping cost. For customized samples, sample fees will be charged and refunded after bulk order confirmation.

Standard products: 7-15 working days after payment. Customized products (mold development included): 25-35 working days, depending on design complexity and order quantity.

How to prevent breakage during long-distance transportation?
We use professional shock-proof packaging (bubble film, partition cartons, wooden pallets optional). Full-process logistics tracking is provided, and we take responsibility for non-artificial transportation damage.

We adopt high-temperature screen printing and decal firing processes. Logos are fused with glass, not easy to fade, peel off, and can withstand repeated dishwasher cycles, suitable for long-term daily use.
